This is the secure PayPal system that is being used by over 100,000 Web merchants, including Dell, eBay, and Barnes & Noble. A PayPal account is not required to use your credit or debit card on this Website but if you have a PayPal account, you may use it. 

You will receive your receipt immediately from PayPal by return email. NCLTL will also receive a copy minus secure information. 

Your card information will be known only to you and PayPal. Visit the PayPal Website for their Security and Privacy statements. 

Answer to an FAQ: If you are not paying with
a PayPal Account, complete the Shopping Cart page then
click on "Proceed to Checkout" and look for:

Click the appropriate add-to-cart buttons to add items to your shopping cart. The cart will open in a separate tab or window on the first add-to-cart click and continue to update as you add items from this page. For multiple purchases of a single item, you may click on the item multiple times or you may adjust quantities on the Shopping Cart page before you click on checkout. The shopping cart is completely changeable until you proceed to checkout. 

Do not attempt to reverse a payment. If you are due a refund, contact the League to receive a credit through PayPal. 

Use this method to pay by credit or debit card or through your PayPal account, should you have one. 

You may also use this page to determine the amount for your check. 

Tip: You may also use the Shopping Cart feature to determine your check amount. The Shopping Cart does not create a transaction until the cart is taken to checkout and you enter your credit or debit card number. You may print the shopping cart and include it with your check if you wish. Then you can just delete the Shopping Cart page.
